Return & Exchange Policy

At ADYAME, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an easy return or exchange process.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered

Products that show signs of use will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized jewelry


Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Store credit

Exchange will be processed once the returned item is inspected.


Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide photos of the product and packaging

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
