Warranty Policy

At ADYAME, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty on all products from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.


What Is Covered

Our 6-month warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty clasps or closures

  • Structural issues caused during production

If a product has a verified manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by usage

  • Damage due to water, chemicals, perfume, or sweat

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Lost or stolen items

Improper storage or handling may void the warranty.


Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Share clear photos of the product showing the issue

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.


Warranty Resolution

Once the product is inspected and approved for warranty:

  • The item may be repaired, or

  • A replacement may be provided (depending on availability)

If the same product is unavailable, a similar product or store credit may be offered.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection. Replacement shipping will be arranged after the warranty claim is approved.
